Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00pm
Pay: $42 per hour
Job Summary
AlliedUP is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and compliance in a community-based healthcare environment serving diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities

Support employee relations and ensure compliance with CA labor laws

Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/CFRA), and workers’ comp
-
Assist with payroll processing (Paychex) and audits
-
Manage HRIS data, reporting, and employee records
-
Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
-
Support credentialing, performance reviews, and HR compliance
-
Maintain documentation, audits, and HR reporting
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of HR experience
-
Healthcare experience required
-
FQHC or community-based healthcare experience required
-
Union / collective bargaining experience required
-
Strong knowledge of CA labor laws (FMLA, ADA, wage & hour)

HRIS experience (Paychex preferred)
-
Experience with benefits, payroll, and employee relations
Preferred

Bachelor’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
