A Workforce Development Partnership. In partnership with healthcare providers, our Talent Incubator™ prepares workers in real-world settings while AlliedUP remains the Employer of Record. Workers receive coaching, mentorship, and success programming from AlliedUP, while providers deliver on-the-job experience. The result is a pipeline of healthcare professionals who are prepared, supported, and already aligned with your organization.
Pathway-to-Placement
Talent Integration. This is our bridge between incubation and permanent roles. Workers start in supported positions where AlliedUP provides wages, benefits, and ongoing development, while Providers can evaluate fit to ensure retention and readiness—creating a low-risk, high-reward path to long-term workforce growth.
Flexible Assignment
For Providers seeking workforce flexibility without sacrificing continuity. As Employer of Record, AlliedUP places healthcare professionals on assignments typically lasting 90 days or longer, providing flexible workforce support for changing staffing needs.
Our professionals are members of the AlliedUP worker-owned cooperative, giving them access to coaching, mentorship, skill development, and a community built around long-term career success.
