The AlliedUP Advantage
AlliedUP specializes in roles that truly align with your values — positions that allow you to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
Not a staffing agency—
A workforce development partner.
At AlliedUP Co-op, we partner directly with healthcare providers to prepare and connect the next generation of healthcare workers. As the employer of record, we integrate training, coaching, and career navigation into your workforce pipeline—so that healthcare workers are supported from Day One and your teams gain long-term, reliable talent.
This isn’t staffing. It’s a Talent Incubator and Pathway-to-Placement model—a workforce development partnership designed to build stability, reduce turnover, and strengthen patient care.
Our placement services
We provide healthcare talent solutions that prioritize long-term success, equity, and the well-being of both workers and employers. Whether you’re looking to pick up an assignment, fill an urgent gap, or build your future team, we offer options designed to meet your needs—without compromising your values.
Talent Incubator™
Starting a new healthcare role can be exciting, and overwhelming. Whether entering the workforce for the first time or building on existing experience, AlliedUP provides coaching, guidance, and job placement support that helps professionals build confidence, navigate the job search process, and secure meaningful employment.
Pathway-to-Placement
Pathway to Placement is AlliedUP’s Employer-of-Record solution that connects healthcare professionals with flexible and long-term work opportunities. Through coaching, skill development, and ongoing support, healthcare professionals continue to grow while Providers benefit from stronger workforce stability, improved retention, and more reliable teams.
Flexible Assignment
For Providers seeking workforce flexibility without sacrificing continuity. As Employer-of-Record, AlliedUP places healthcare professionals on assignments typically lasting 90 days or longer, providing flexible workforce support for changing staffing needs.
Our professionals are members of the AlliedUP worker-owned cooperative, giving them access to coaching, mentorship, skill development, and a community built around long-term career success. The result is a more supported approach to flexible staffing that helps strengthen engagement, workforce stability, and assignment success
Direct Impact Hire
We create a safe place to grow, helping healthcare professionals transition into new opportunities with greater confidence, preparation, and purpose.
The result is stronger employment outcomes, more confident healthcare professionals, and a stronger workforce for the communities they serve.
