In alliance with Futuro Health, we’re empowering new healthcare students to complete certification and other educational and training programs, and then placing them in premier work assignments. We also help ensure graduates can be competitive in earning union-scale wages and benefits as a SEIU-UHW member.
• Our on-the-job Accelerator Program embeds seasoned healthcare providers in client facilities that train and mentor new grads as they develop professional and client-specific skills.
