Hourly Pay Rate: $53 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturdays 8:00am to 1:00pm as needed.
- Triage walk-in patients and phone calls; provide clinical advice
- Collect and record patient health history and status
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and delivering treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Promote the timely and appropriate use of healthcare services; educate patients on chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and pain
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity throughout all interactions
- Support infection control practices, ethical standards, and safety protocols in all nursing activities
- Participate in internal audits, prepare for inspections, and support quality assurance initiatives
- Precept nursing students; establish and implement training curricula; assess and evaluate student and staff performance
- Supervise support staff and make appropriate work assignments
- Support patient education, staff training, and care quality initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system (EPIC preferred)
- Active RN license in California (required)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- 2+ years RN experience in a primary care, outpatient, or acute care setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Strong clinical skills and cultural sensitivity
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese a plus
