About the Role:
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care to patients across all age groups.
- Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, wellness, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain precise and thorough patient documentation.
- Refer patients to specialists as necessary, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) to effectively serve the community.
